Person-Centred Care

Whether it’s a trip out in the local community, a visit to our lovely local beach in St Osyth, a game of bingo or perhaps a local quiz or singalong, we pride ourselves on offering a full range of activities designed not only to encourage social interaction but also to ensure our residents enjoy their days. We follow a person-centred care approach, so we can tailor our care plans to our residents unique qualities, abilities, interests, preferences, likes and needs. 

From trips to local shops to a day trip to the beach, we offer activities that are personalised to each resident’s age and interests. Accompanied by our fully trained and DBS checked staff, residents can enjoy time out of the home environment on a group or 121 basis. This could include a trip to the zoo, a football match, golf driving range, theatre trips, shopping trips to name but a few.
